Informatica S.n.c. has always been steered towards the rationalization of resources and the internal processes.

In 1998, the General Management came to the decision on the need to undertake a comprehensive, systematic and periodic analysis of their activity, of the processes and results. The aim was to improve their performance both internally and externally, through the implementation of a structured survey system, which would allow the company to provide the evidence of the results obtained and to compare them to successive periods, with the aim of measuring progress over time.

To reach these objectives, at the beginning of 1999, Informatica undertook the steps towards Quality in accordance with the logic of Total Quality Management (T:G:M), promoting the key values among the collaborators and steering the entire activity to the continuation of excellence.

Through the adoption of the Model of excellence, a “Culture” of excellence was developed in the company, which allowed for the laying down of the base for the implementation of a structured management quality system. At the beginning of 2000, The General Management reached a decision on the necessity/opportunity (Strategic choice) to consolidate the quality system .In this way embarking on the steps towards the certification according to the new regulations VISION 2000.

In June 2001, Informatica received the Certificate ISO 9001:2000 from DNV Italy for the following reason:” The supply of commercial services and assistance of management software products and the lease of hardware.”

The validity of the model adopted by the company was also confirmed for 2001, as a result of the award“Premio Qualita Italia –The Regional Prize “Altre Regioni”.

During the last years we have concentrate our strength on the “ continuous enhancement” of our Quality Management System; the firm renewed every year the certification obtained from DNV.
