L'’INFORMATICA was born in 1988 from its founder promoters Campo Giovanni, Cappello Giuseppe e Moltisanti Giovanni that besides being General Managers became Commercial Manager, Technical Manager and Administrative and Technical Assistance Manager.
As regard the market, initially addressed to local small and medium companies and consulting firms with an offering mostly consisting of application software.
In the early 90’s L’INFORMATICA expand its product’s range introducing the production and commercialisation of an application software studied to meet the needs of the Organized Distribution –“CDA-PLUS”. This innovative software met the appreciation of Siemens Nixdorf S.p.a., so in 1994 L’INFORMATICA became Siemens Nixdorf S.p.a.’s software house.
The firm increase its activity with business partnership with IBM Teamsystem, Sisteda

The rapid changes of IT field represent for the firm an opportunity to expand its own offering; from 2000 besides the traditional software the firm is able to offer Business Intelligence software, Data Warehouse, FTP Control, Fidelity Card ..
Thanks to the engagement for the continuos attention at increasing its own know-how, from 2003 near the traditional customer the firm have institutional partners such as Poste Italiane ( the Italian Post Office) and Rumenian Libraries.
The firm is also engaged with research activities in collaboration with Universities and public institutions; the firm intend to be a protagonist in the innovation process and became a promoter for local growth. The project are: Tedata -Localizzazione Satellitare-Data Mining per l’Agroalimentare – Bioware - Balance Scorecard.
In  2005 L’INFORMATICA became an s.r.l. society.
In 2006 a new  prestigious partnership with SAP Italy s.p.a. is signed; the firm will be able to offer a customization of the Retail application and various consulting services.
