The managers of L’Informatica have always taken in great care the social impact of the firm’s  activity and believe that it have to be carried on responsibly.
The  Ethical aspect is  therefore a significant characteristic of the society behaviour that find expression in several activities such as:

1. Unicef support through the purchase of Unicef products;
2. The choice of  Social co-operative as provider for some graphic services;
3. Sponsorization of basket and football teams;
4. Sponsorization of a target-practise team for disabled boys;
5. Long distance adoption, with the adoption of an Indian child thanks to the economical contribution of the firm’s managers and employees

 
In 2005 the social commitment became more strong with the participation in the project “Sahara Verde" (Green Sahara)(click here to see the movie)”, project carried out by the ”pane e rose“ onlus organization (www.saharaverde.com)
 aimed to the construction of infrastructures in Africa. Beside a considerable economical contribution the firm has given further support to this project with the research of other economical resources.
Thanks to this project a wide part of Saharian Africa afflicted with dryness will have 8530 water well and a equally number of common kilns that will be also of social relevance as aggregation point for the community representing the first step toward a better quality of life.
The project is also important for its measures against the desertification and for the use of supportable technologies to provide to the energetic needs, water supply systems and water treatment systems, in particular to mention the installation of solar panels.
To ensure autonomy in the long run period, it will be also carried out a professional training activity  toward local technicians and engineers to ensure the correct management and utilization of the new systems. The first phase of the project, consisting in the realization of infrastructures, is actually on going; the first well has been completed the 13th  July together with another well to be  used for animals and gardens.
